Your 2026 NC ballot — early voting opens October 15

Cut through the spin.
Ask Carol.

Carol is a librarian for North Carolina voters. She answers only from documented public records — who is on your ballot, what they have done, where the money comes from, what the amendments change — and cites every single fact. If it is not in the record, she tells you, and sends you to the official source.

Free. No sign-up. Every answer cited to the documented record.
